Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Downloading, sharing, or distributing digital copies of artwork without authorization
• Uploading our artwork to file-sharing, torrent, or download platforms
• Creating or distributing unauthorized digital copies via email, messaging, or cloud services
• Using screen captures or photographs of artwork for unauthorized distribution
• Hosting copies of our designs, paintings, or content on personal or commercial websites
• Creating NFTs or blockchain representations of our artwork without permission

Consequences of Piracy

Unauthorized distribution of our creative work violates copyright law and may result in:

• Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices
• Legal action and civil litigation for damages
• Criminal prosecution for willful copyright infringement
• Financial liability for statutory damages and attorney fees

Reporting Piracy

If you discover unauthorized copies of our artwork, report immediately via Instagram @lettersfromthealley. We will take swift action to remove content and pursue remedies under applicable law.

Permitted Use of Purchased Prints

When you purchase an art print from Letters from The Alley, you may:

• Display the print in your personal home or private collection
• Photograph your copy for personal social media sharing (with credit to Seems)
• Share the print as a gift with friends or family

Commercial Use Prohibited

You may not use purchased prints for commercial purposes, including:

• Selling or reselling the print for profit (without explicit consent)
• Using the artwork as part of interior design services without authorization
• Displaying the print in commercial businesses, offices, or storefronts
• Using the artwork in marketing materials, advertisements, or promotional content
• Including the artwork in products sold to consumers
• Creating reproductions or prints of the artwork

Digital Reproduction Restrictions

You may not:

• Scan, photograph, or digitize the print for distribution or resale
• Create digital copies or files of the artwork
• Use high-resolution images of the print on websites or digital platforms
• Edit, modify, or alter the artwork in any way

Enforcement

We monitor for misuse of our prints across online marketplaces, commercial venues, and digital platforms. Unauthorized commercial use will result in takedown notices and may lead to legal action for damages.
